This client-side opportunity is with a consumer brand with offices in Melbourne and the UK.
You will work with the leadership team and set the vison, roadmap and strategy to ensure the best configuration, IA, content and usability for each platform to improve usage, customer satisfaction and retention. You will understand customer needs and performance, monitor analytics and customer feedback to identify trends, emerging issues and improvements. Work in agile delivery streams to ensure alignment with areas that feed into customer communications strategies, define the product backlog and create actionable user stories for the development teams.
