You will work directly with the CEO and ELT to shape the company’s vision and strategy, as well as make an immediate impact on mentoring and coaching a large team of 70+ to drive service and product innovation.
This is a high impact role for you to lead change and challenge the current consulting model to build on existing capabilities.
You will develop and implement training and development programs for consultants and lead the team through a growth period as they continue their plans to scale locally and have their sights set on expanding overseas.
You will be a confident leader with experience in enterprise-level consulting or agency management, managed P&L, and successfully developed, mentored, and transformed teams to drive continued client success and innovation for brands.
