As the SME for the Braze platform, you will take a lead role in shaping the development of the technical infrastructure as well as deliver and optimise an integrated suite of customer communications via multiple channels to improve customer conversion, onboarding efficiency, and advocacy.
This is a new role due to growth that will see you report to the Head of Marketing and join an established team.
