Join a scaling group of companies in high-end construction and materials (multi-million dollar builds) to drive operational support and lead the implementation of the new scheduling platform (ERP) for multiple scaffolding brands.
You will support an entrepreneur in growth phase giving you exposure to multiple business operations with plenty of career growth on offer.
Your role is integral to the team and will liaise between scheduling/admin staff and site supervisors to optimise daily operations, staffing logistics, job progress, and client satisfaction.
You will manage and optimise the implementation of the new platform ensuring a smooth rollout, oversee reporting processes across jobs (quoted vs actuals, project status, over-hire performance, etc.) and provide insights at ops meetings.
