Oversee multiple projects focused on potential changes to an organisations structure and operating model. This role requires central coordination, Exec and potentially Board level reporting and communications to ensure that the suite of projects relating to the operating model review are completed successfully, on time, and with a view for future growth.
This includes developing a transformation roadmap and establishing governance frameworks to ensure accountability and alignment with executive leadership.
To ensure success you will have experience leading multiple projects or a program of work that has clear scope, start and end dates along with experience assessing risks and issues across large programs or digital projects. Naturally, you will also be able to effectively influence to drive decisions and actions to mitigate and manage risks.
