This is a leadership and strategy role to drive sales success and optimisations through omnichannel touchpoints. You will manage the end-to-end customer experience for Australia and NZ and lead your team to uplift conversion rates, engagement, and enable continued growth through product and merchandising.
You will join an established retailer and get the opportunity to partner with the Head of Digital who has contributed strong results with the evolution of the team, brand, and channels over the last year.
