You will operate as the firm’s senior legal conscience. You will work across the Commercial & Advisory, Property, Litigation, Succession and any emerging practice areas to provide high-level advisory support, clinical supervision, precedent leadership, and provide genuine mentorship to the legal team.
You will be the trusted sounding board for the Associates and Senior Associates, a source of calm authority when matters become complex, helping to build a team that consistently delivers.
This is not a fee generating role or a business development role – this is a people and practice role. This is for someone who has built a career dealing with difficult transactions, navigated hard conversations with clients, and mentored teams through legal challenges.
