Drawing on strategic and service design, behavioural and social research, systems thinking, foresight, co-design and experimentation, the Hub develops and tests new services, funding models, ventures, partnerships, and system-level interventions.
You will shape strategic direction and lead complex design and innovation engagements running your own portfolio and team of two. This is both a practitioner and a leadership role where you will be involved in framing problems, conducting inquiry, facilitating engagement, and shaping solutions, while also providing methodological leadership, stakeholder stewardship and capability development for project teams.
This presents the opportunity to work with an impressive leader who has led design initiatives across health and social sectors in 15 countries, collaborating with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, World Bank, WHO, UNICEF, and Oxfam – just to name a few.
To be successful you’ll have leadership experience as well as experience facilitating and co-designing across complex stakeholder environments with the ability to integrate research, systems thinking, strategic design, service design and futures thinking into coherent approaches.
